What are some fun ways to get exercise?

are there any fun ways to exercise...I get bored of running, working out at the gym ect...

  6. Tennis with a friend..even if you don't play correctly..you would probably burn more calories playing wrong than correct anyhow

  8. sex is pretty fun...and can be quite a work out if done correctly. :-)
  9. play frisbee with people that have no aim. then you're always running for it.
  10. Walking a dog. If you dont have one you could try walking a friends, neighbours or even get paid to walk someone elses dog..

  12. bike, swim, walk with friends, dance, karate, trampoline, any of those things will work!@

  15. listen to music or watching tv while running on the treadmill
  16. dancing is fun.....you could play dance dance revolution.....as silly as it sounds, my roomate and i play the workout session on it and you forget you're burning calories while you're doing it....also you could take a dancing class at your gym....i also take a self defense class which is fun because you learn how to fight while getitng in shape....hope i helped a little- that's how i work out when im suck of working out =)

  18. Take up a sport or a dance class. Have a gym buddy to make it fun, don't exercise alone. Don't forget to change up your routine.
  19. pole dancing.. it is so totally in now.. i'm doing it like 3 times a week.. and it is so fun.. you'll be more sensual, healthy and ofcourse sexier.. i actually have my own pole at my house..
  20. Just do something in front of a webcam, and put it on YouTube. That, and aerobics in front of the computer!
