Ways to exercise more

Any fun ways to exercise?

I tend to get bored very easily. I have ballet/pointe/hiphop for about 3 hours Monday - Wednesday, but for the other 4 days I tend to get lazy and not do much. Are there any fun ways I'd be able to exercise those days? I've tried swimming and running, but those get very boring quickly for me. =/ Any help would be greatly appreciated! =)

  1. go on a trampoline if you have it..or go on a moonbounce wit ur freinds or something cuz its soo much fun
  2. sex
  3. swimming
  4. my wife does some sort of strip aerobics thing. I don't know what it is, but i like it! P.S. No she's not a stripper, it is a Carem Electra DVD thing
  5. Trampoline, skating, bicycling. Jumping rope. Practice your dancing--that's the most fun exercise there is!
  6. sports. If you enjoy playing sports then play them. Basketball is simple you don't even need another person. Or Just force yourself to go running. Exert some will power over the laziness.
  7. make love and dancing to the music............ and you will have fun
  8. Some type of martial arts. MMA is the most fun.
  9. Swinging on a swingset, taking an aerobics class with friends, Pole dancing/strip tease...
  10. My favorite activities include rock climbing, mountain biking, and jogging. These are all intense work out schemes, if your not ready for that, you can go on neighborhood runs.
  11. You sound as though you dislike repetition and you like to move constantly. Yoga or pilates, or even gymnastics. You may want to try dance exercise DVDs (Denise Austin). Biking or hiking with friends.
  12. Obstacle courses
  13. Look for place’s you can go have fun & get some exercises; canoeing, mini-golf, hilling, snowshoeing, skiing, inline skating, swimming, bike riding, horseback… Try different types of dance, ballroom, disco, line, swing, square… Sign up for a team sport the meet once a week; like volleyball, tennis, soccer, softball, golf, flag football, kickball… Dance the night away at a club. Do household activities with enthusiasm, vacuuming, scrubbing floors & walls are a great workout. Dig in the garden, weeding & raking… Exercise should be a chore – but a way of life… that means life style changes… Think about how you can incorporate exercise into you daily life… can you walk or bike to/from work or school? If you take a bus or train get off a few stops early & walk. If you drive, walk around the parking once or twice before heading into work. Start walking on lunch breaks – maybe even start a lunch time walking group. Take the stairs… When you go shopping park far from the entrance and walk around the store or mall before you start your shopping. Pas the drive thru and walk into the restaurant, bank or coffee shop… If you like to watch a lot of TV try setting upon a stationary bike so you can bike while you watch… or get a exercise ball and bound while you watch instead of plopping on the sofa… Make walking or running more fun - find partner or bring your cell/headset phone and talk while you jog. Sign up for charity walk/runs. Take an after dinner walk or bike ride with your family. Wash & wax the car by hand. Play, play play, jump rope, hopscotch of horseshoes…
