Fun ways to exercise by yourself?
What are some fun ways that I can exercise by myself, for example, I couldn't really play a sport alone. I'm not trying to lose weight..I just want to be healthy & improve my mood. I like to walk, but sometimes I get bored. What are some fun things to think about while walking? lol

- Listen to music while you walk, that's what i do
- 1. Play ping pong with yourself by putting the other side of the table against the wall, or else raise the other half of the table. 2. Go for a walk and pretend you are exploring an alien world. Talk into a rock as though it is the walkie-talkie back to the mothership. When someone tries to talk to you, say you are just visiting the planet, and it looks very nice.
- how about....listening to music? maybe.....while your walking
- yoga is a great form of exercise to do alone. its calming and relaxing. read more on yoga routines on this site
- Try Tae Bo. the workouts can be done alone and are super fun. Billy Blanks will work your ass off though.
