I want to lose weight, what is the best way without exercise ? I?
Icant exercise becuase I have a broken ankle.Is it a carb diet ? Also, what is the best time to stop eating in the evening to help lose weight ?

- exercise your upper body, do pilates, whatever. weight loss is as simple as burnig more calories than you consume. diet is only half of the equation. Besides, the incresed blood flow from exercise will help your ankle heal faster.
