What is the best way to use exercise using a pair of iron dumb bell weights?

I have a pair of iron dumb bell weights, 50 pounds each.... What is the best way to use these to exercise my biceps and pecs? I have no idea how many times to curl them- is it 3 sets of 10? What's the best way to use these to work on my chest? And my arms? Any advice would be appreciated.

Lying down on a bench, with your arms out by your side, holding the dumb bells, keeping arms straight and bringing your arms up above you, these are commonly called, 'flies' Should help to tone up in your chest area for sure. For arms curls are the best when you sit down because you have a better chance of feeling the pull of the arm muscles. Standing up though your whole body will be feeling the pull and tension. Have a good workout :-)
