What is the best way to start exercise routine and keep it?

I want to keep movitivated after starting to exercise, but I am easly distracted by everyday life and friends. What are the best way to star exercising and continue with it. any suggestions?

  2. Find friends that like to exercise.
  3. Find a form of exercise that you like to do, something that fits your personality. That may time some time and practice, but you'll burn calories and get in better shape in the mean time. Also, I've started exercising early in the morning (before 6 AM). At that hour of the morning, friends and life aren't as much of a distraction! It's a good feeling to get it out of the way before "life" starts for the day.
  4. start slow like wolking in the morning and at night. then add more things every week then you will get used to it and you wont want to miss it
  5. I used to skip work outs all the time because I got distracted by friends and stress. I'd get home and be like screw it I'd rather do something else. What really works for me is to excercise early in the morning. Yes it isn't fun to wake up an hour early, but thats the only tough part. Once your up there is no distractions, no friends calling you to hang out, no long stressfull day to make you wanna curl up with ice cream instead. Plus it makes you feel great all day! Just try it for a week or two and you'll see.
