  1. I wouldn't do anything too hard before bed...maybe just lifting some weights or some simple crunches. Do you have time during the day?
  2. No
  3. Before I think but there should be a difference of 3 hours between your meals and workouts as most of the dieticians recommend that read some tips and articles on exercising on this site
  4. I don't think it is good to stimulate your metabolism like that before going to sleep. I think the best time of the day is supposed to be first thing in the morning. Are you able to get up one hour earlier to workout before starting your day?
  5. morning before breakfast
  6. You sleep better if you do it earlier in the day. But if it doesn't keep you from sleeping, it's better than not doing it at all.
  7. I would recommend coming home from work, eating a light snack like a yogurt or granola bar for energy, then working out. Then when you are done working out eat a balanced meal. This will do 2 things. 1. it will stimulate your hunger and you will be feeding your newly worked muscles that are in need of protein. 2. It will stop you from working out after a meal - working out right after a meal is a BAD idea. When you eat your body sends its reserve blood supply to your stomach to stimulate digestion. When you exercise just after eating you are restricting blood flow to your stomach and redirecting it to your muscles - by doing this your food will not be properly digested. This can lead to diarrhea, constipation, and nutritional/vitamin deficiencies. Best of luck, Mike
  8. Nobody has time to exercise ALL day. Do 20 minutes of aerobics in the morning and you'll be raising your metabolism for several hours after you are done.
