What are some of the best ways/exercises you know to stay in shape?

- Minimal: Walk 30 minutes 4 times a week Intermediate: Run 2 miles 4 times a week Serious: Start training for a marathon run (26,2 miles)
- Bikrams hot yoga, bodybuilding, powerwalking and some bodyweight exercises that are highly recommended. See site below under EXERCISES for a link to them.
- Walking an hour each day. If you do not have that much time, do some video Pilates at home, even for just 15 minutes. And watch the portion of meals you eat, the "eat-6-mini-meals" work (eat every 3 to 4 hours); of course, it should be healthy food (fruits, veggies, lean meat, fish). Overall, you have to make a point of moving at least 15 to 30 minutes everyday even if you're just doing household or gardening work.
