What is the best or effective way exercise should I follow to achieve abdominal muscle or abs?

  1. Good ol fashioned crunches and sit ups. Only problem is they are only good at building muscle. If you have a layer of fat you can do as many sit ups as you want and you will have a six pack with a layer of fat over it. You need to do cardio to burn off the fat. Once that is gone doing sit ups and crunches should do the trick. Remember about 80% about any kind of results in body building or sculpting is based on how you eat.
  2. Any Abdominal exercise you do its more about QUALITY not QUANITY!!! so when you do crunches or any of those exercises make sure you are squeezing your abs very hard to get the most out of your work out.... Do this with every work out you do especially Abs and Weightlifting!! KEEP A STRONG MENTAL GAME because its not all Physical.... Be determined and you will taste success!!!
