  1. Take a walk around your office for 20 minutes during your lunch hour three times a week.
  2. GO work out in the gym 3-4 days a week.
  3. I am not trying to be rude but sex is a great workout.
  4. Walking is great. Dancing is great. Try some Latin American dancing. It's fun, and I've read that one full-on cha-cha is the equivalent of a 400-metre sprint. Since starting dancing a year ago, I've shed 20 pounds and now have an excellent blood pressure. Dancing is way too much fun to be called exercise, and it's great for your social life too.
