  1. depends on what you like to do. jump roping really gets you going and you can get your heart punping under 15 minutes. putting on some music and dancing haha. music really helps with any form of exercise.
  2. Well, you can't really get a good workout in only 15 minutes, so I'd suggest just mix exercise with whatever you do. For example, while watching tv you could use barbells, or start running to work or something.
  3. -Jump rope -Get on a trampoline -Roller Skate -Hula Hoop -Play Tag and be silly with some friends -see how many situps you can do in a minute, how many jumping jacks in a minute, how many pushups in a minute, etc. Record and try to break your record on a day to day basis -Invent your own fun 15 minute cardio routine -do cartwheels -race somebody -she how high you can jump w/repeated tries -see how many times you can run up and down your stairs in 5 minutes -Make an obstacle course in your house (run touch a bedroom door, run to the kitchen and jump over the chair, run to the bottom then top of stairs, hop your way to and touch the bathroom door, run back down to the kitchen, grap a bottle of water to use as a weight and job back into your bedroom, do a few laps and run to touch the front door knob). Plan out a course, and see how fast you can finish it.
