- 30 minutes of some jogging, or walking.
- Start off doing an hour of cardio and then weights
- If you're in college walking is probably the best exercise you can do. Park as far from your classes as possible and walk. Get a recorder and record your lectures. Listen to them while you take a walk around the campus. You'd be surprise how much of it you'll remember if you listen while you walk. You can consider it part of your study time, but you'll be exercising at the same time.
- At my college we are required to work out three times a week. (Military college). Wake up early, before classes, and go running for a half hour. Do some weight training. Do 20 situps before going to bed. If you can walk somewhere, walk...don't drive, and watch what you eat. Hope this helps.
- you'd need to walk 30 Min's 3-4 days a week and do not forget to DECREASE YOUR FAT INTAKE because working out and proper diet go always hand in hand good luck and remember to be patient, cus it may take you a little bet of time
- walk to school a few times a week, this should help if you want to kick it up a notch, do something to get the cops to chase you to and from class. several good foot chases should do wonders.
- lol you say you're so busy with college and running around the campus so what are you worried about? That oughta do it! Seriously, doing what you're already doing around campus is not so bad so keep doing it. You can also jog, lift weights if you are sitting or standing in your home. Exercise isn't the only way to lose weight. Drink lots of water. Water will flush lots of junk your body don't need and can help your appetite down so you don't feel the urge of eating so much. Eating so much is the last thing you need if you want to lose weight. Eat lots of veggies and fruits (especially greens), drink lots of water, keep running around campus (lol), lift weights and jog, cut back on fats and sugar. Even if you read on a container that the food is fat-free, guess what? There still may be alot of sugar in it and sugar can be fatty! So when I read something that says it's fat-free, I don't always believe it means you can easily lose weight by eating all the fat-free stuff. Oh, you probably heard this before. If you're used to eating a lot, cut back. Maybe break down your 3 meals into 6 meals (SMALL!) a day and do not eat at least three hours before you go to bed. All the fat get in your body within a few hours and when you're sleeping, you're not doing anything to burn calories of course.
- Depending on how long you have - 30 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a week can really help. If you can - do 30 minutes every day. Its also a good idea to combine cardio with weights - so decide how much time you have every day (or a few days a week) to make a cardio (and/or weight lifting program). Walk to and around campus instead of driving, take the long way to your next class (spend the full inbetween time walking, not straight to class and sitting around waiting for class to start). If you work - walk on your break instead of sitting around. Dont look for the closest parking spot - park further away.
