whats the best way to exercise?

my thighs are a little big i was wondering if anyone knew any good ways to exercise.

  2. There is no way to lose weight in a targeted area, not thru exercise or thru dieting. If you carry more weight in your thighs then that's how your body stores fat and the only way to shrink your thighs is to reduce the size of your fatty cells and increase your muscle mass. Weight training is effective because muscle tissue burns more calories than fat cells so you burn more calories even when you're not exercising once you have more muscle. The best exercise is fun so if you like to dance, do that, even if you're by yourself listening to old favorites on your mp3 player. Walk more, going up and down stairs is an excellent exercise, get involved in a sport you enjoy or try a variety of things. You're less likely to get bored and quit if you don't do the same thing over and over.
