best way to lose fat by exercise?

if cardio is the best way of exercise to lose body fat then wat is the best exercise to do to lose body fat quick and fast? if cardio isnt best exercise to lose body fat then plz tell me the other way to do it

  2. running, jogging, treadmill, speed cycle, intense aerobics 30-40 min daily

  4. any kind of excercise that gets your heart pumping at optimum beats. (220 - your age = desired heart rate at peak exercise.) I would start out with some light warm ups,(jump rope, jumping jacks, etc) Move to some jump sqauts, kick butts, and high knee raises, then work some sit ups and push ups, then some more of fast movement cardio (like high knee raises) and end with wall sits or heavy stretch. You should start slow, work up to fast, then go back down to slow. It is way more effective. A lot of these exercises are good for loosing body fat and toning up. Good luck. But keep in mind, 3500 calories=1 pound.....so decreasing your diet by only like 300-500 calories per day can help TREMENDOUSLY!
  5. cardio is not only the best exercise to lose weight - its the only fat burning exercise - swimming, running, jogging, cycling, elliptical etc - anything that raises your heart rate and makes you sweat - 4-6 times a week for 30-50min
