  2. This is nonsense. If you want to lose fat, not just weight, then you need to it the proper way. Sure you can starve yourself, and you'll lose muscle and fat, but I'm not sure if that's what you really want, or do you? Either way, you need to it properly. This involves having a healthy eating lifestyle, not a diet which is temporary and doing some cardio with resistance training. This will give you the best result, and you will be able to sustain it for a long term. Those people who have those "fit, healthy" looking bodies (not the ones who are just skinny and look like sick) most likely follow this sort of strcture. Remember losing fat is a hard effort, and not something you can do in a few days, few weeks.
