- Don't you just have to have sex, like the rest of us? ;-)
- Just maintain a healthy lifestyle and be aware of your body. Try reading "Taking Charge of Your Fertility". It's a great book for anyone trying to conceive.
- I have the illnesses below and managed to have a son *diabetes *lung disease *psoriasis *muscle degeneration *ibs *anaemia Try to keep your muscles and joints working and as pain free as you can, take glucosamine vitamin tablets to help the joints & muscles & folic acid to raise your iron levels. Count the first day of your period as DAY1 and have sex as much as possible on DAYS 10 - 16 as this is your most fertile days Try not to think of sex as the means to getting pregnant you need to remember that it is your relationship that also needs time effort and care because a strong relationship can help you beat anything no matter what
- This is something you need to talk to your doctor about.
- glucosamine, check with a doc first though.
- have gentle sex. dont do it rough. lie on the bed, relax, spread your legs and let him shove it up you, and let him keep doin that till some white stuff pops out of the end and goes inside you. keep doing that, and then go to the chemist and buy a thing called clearblue. take it out of the box, p!ss on it, wait 3 mins n look at it. 1 blue line means you have to fcuk him again, 2 lines means ur up the duff, u got a bun in the oven, ur pregnant.
- I understand that having a baby can ease and sometimes cure arthritis. I saw a programme once where various women shared their experiences - one woman had it really badly. When she fell pregnant the arthritis disappeared and years after having her baby she was still fine! Obviously, everyone is different though, you may be affected, you may not.
