Ways to exercise more

Best cardio ways to exercise?

I want to lose some weight, and do some toning, and I know that exercising and diet.. but.. what kind of exercises should I do? I don't have the means of getting videos, exercise balls, etc. What other things can I do?

  1. My favorite is bicycling, good cardio, does great for your legs.
  2. All kind of aerobic exercises. Walk a lot, run, swim, do bicycle, have lots of sex... You know that kind of exercises. Hope it has been helpful!!!!

  4. Start by walking at a brisk pace for 30 minutes stretching before and after your walks. Then progress to light jogging building up your endurance gradually. Do 4 sets of crunches (25 ea set) and 4 sets of pushups (20 ea set) Do this about every other day and maybe take a swim the other days. Good luck.
  5. The best cardio ways are aerobic exercise.
