  1. run for an hour, drink 2 litres of water, and eat everything in moderation, also ensure you do 15 min warm up, and cool down, followed by some winsor pilates :) that will tone you up and slimyou down in 2 weeks!
  2. go for a run in the early morning before it starts to get busy everywhere like 5am or 6am
  3. run to the kitchen and put a good old english fry up on,washed down with mug of tea and lashings of hot buttered toast! hope that helps...enjoy.. pps.dont forget the HP sauce
  4. for morning exercise if you do cardio BEFORE you eat it will help you lose more fat then a typical cardio session, but should also be limited to a pretty light intensity and I wouldn't do it anymore than 45 minutes. The reason you want to keep it light intensity and not go for too long is because your body will resort to catabolism for energy (in addition to using stored fat) which is a biological process that results in muscle loss and the more intense and lasting your cardio is the more catabolic it becomes.
  5. wake up roll over and sh*g yourself slim lol
  6. do sit ups and lots of them if you have to be quick about it
  7. running is the best form of calorie redction you can get, if you (warm up first by jogging for 5-10 mins, then a quick stretch) run as fast as you can for as long as you can (aim for 20 mins sprinting) then cool down with another 5-10 mins and a cool down stretch. Cycling, rowing, swimming, walking up steep hills and weight lifing will also help but not loose you as many calories as fast speed running.
