  7. run in place, on the lifetime network on TV in the morning they play excercies videos. also if you have Fit TV they have good shows. do sit ups, if you have stairs run up and down, lift heavy water bottles as weights. Do lunges. good luck.
  8. I have that thigh problem too. I stretch, and run in place. Also try pilates or yoga. That works. Hope it helped!
  9. Go to a store and look at what work out equipment they have like weights, or things like that. You may want to try work out videos too and sometimes they have things that go along with them too like a ball. Those huge rubber balls are great for abs. If you have stairs that could help too to run up and down or even a single step where you can go up and down.
  10. I usually walk 4-5 miles per day when my kids are in school, but when it's summer, I use my rebounder. I either use the tapes or I jog on it for a half hour. Squats and lunges are great for legs. Rebounder only cost $100 and some places you can get them cheaper (Sears sells NordicTrack mini tramp for $39). I think it's a great alternative to walking, plus it is very easy on the joints.
  11. There are some ways to exercise indoors. For your cardio fat burning workouts, you can run in place, use the stairs or a chair and step up and down. You can also do weight training to tone up your legs, the weights do not have to be heavy, light weight tone muscles. This website has some leg exercises that can be done indoors.
