If you stuck at home what is the best way to exercise?

- do dishes, cleaning or vaccuming and washing clothes.
- Buy videos and play them every morning while you dance. Denise Austin is great when motivation comes into play.
- Do you have a skipping rope? You can easily exercise by skipping outside for a few minutes. You could also do strength exercises (weights, crunches, pushups etc) or get an exercise video/DVD.
