Ways to exercise more

What are good ways to work out at home with out exercise equipment?

  2. simple. push ups. sit ups (on the back of a couch with your legs hanging over the end).split squats. leg lifts. Hope this helped!

  4. jumprope, its pretty hard tho when you go for a while. it burns more calories than running tho, and tones ur arms so nice
  5. Chin ups from a bar are way better for your spine than any sit ups.
