Ways to exercise more

how to get more exercise in my day?

just what are some ways im 13 and i want to burn more calories but im stuck in school what are some small ways to get more exercise throuhout the day?

  1. Mow the lawn, walk to school, garden, walk the long way to class (chat with your friends while). Tons of stuff to do. :] Oh! Join sports. :] Make some friends and exercise.
  2. you should leave food on your plate, only eat when hungry, take small portians, no 2nds...ever!!! and reduce your screen time (computer,tv,video games, ect...) to 1hr a day, it will force you to go outside and play. play with a pet (dog or cat) if you have one and take them on walks(dogs) and play with a bouncy ball with them (cats) outside. Chase your kitty around and throw the bouncy ball everywhere. go outside and play basketball, soccer, or go to the local park with a sibling to play baseball.only eat when you are hungry, and if u have a snack, make it be a fruit or veggie. and also work our. do cardio (swimming, running walking, anything that gets ur heart moving) 4-6 times a week. also do sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, and weight lifting while watching TV.
  3. walk around your neighbourhood an hour daily...get a dog and take it with you for walks too..
  4. well u can tone ur butt while walking if thts any help at all with each step, when one leg extends behind u, keep ur heel on the ground as long as possible. when u do lift ur heel, roll through ur foot and then push off with ur toes. or u can just work harder in pe and do extra excersizes[even tho thtll mess up ur hair if ur a girl] if ur a guy....idk =[ hope i helped!=]
