Ways to exercise more

What are some ways you exercise to be fit?

I only know about eating right and exercising. 1 - What are some of the best things to eat? 2- How should you exercise? 3- What foods or exercises work best? Worst?

Run Play diffrent sports like soccer or basketball lift weights train for sports like boxing eat fruits everytime i get to eat the temptation to eat something fattening i think twice about my running going to waste and the embarassment of being fat. of course i am not anorexic and i do eat things that are fattening once in a while but i usually lose any gained weight for abdominal fat or simply to get abs crunches and sit-ups are great for chest i do several dumbbell exercises directed at the area for the arms i lift different kind of weights for the legs i run or lift leg weights
  3. Eat healthy...all the fruits and vegetables you desire. Fish and chicken in moderation, small amounts of red meat and fats. Drink milk for calcium. Find exercise that you enjoy. Play tennis, take martial art classes, try hip hop dancing. Something to get your body moving. Walking and running or good too. Go walk your dog if you have one.
