What is the best way to exercise with two 20 pound weights.?
I have two weights that look like this http://www.homemuscle.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/free_weights.jpg I was wondering what is the best way to exercise with it, or what are some things to do with it. If I lift it how many times do should I do it for how long.

- well if your just starting here are some simple exercises: Stand up straight holding both weights at your sides, one in your left hand other in your right. Curl the one in your right hand up to your chest, then while lowering that one raise your left one to your chest, while lowering your left raise your right, ten times, 2 or 3 sets. idk what kinda equipment you have so other excersises can vary
