- squats are good. just squeezing them helps. running always makes my butt sore, so i assume that helps.
- lift light weight for many repetitions that sculpts the body and wont add mass eat more meat and less bread and jog occasionally
- Most leg exercises will work your glutes...Lunges, squats and step ups work great. Check my source site for more.
