  1. squats are good. just squeezing them helps. running always makes my butt sore, so i assume that helps.
  2. lift light weight for many repetitions that sculpts the body and wont add mass eat more meat and less bread and jog occasionally
  3. Most leg exercises will work your glutes...Lunges, squats and step ups work great. Check my source site for more.
