What are some ways to exercise from home?
I get embarressed when I go to the gym comparing myself to guys who look like they never leave the gym. I'm the pudgy, anti-social type and what I really need is some sort of aerobic exercise to loose fat that I can do while watching TV (sad I know).

- Rebounding is good for losing weight (aerobic). So is lifting weights (resistance). Bodyweight exercises are both aerobic (cardio) and resistance. See exercise on site below for more on these including the best ab exercise.
- Get a treadmill and run while you watch t.v.
- most creativity n constructive way to exercise at home... get of ur butt n do e house chores... nothings better than tt. got urself healthy body n a clean n need house... n if u r living w others u ll b loved.
- I also generally dislike gyms, mostly because I find people there to be annoyingly upbeat. There are plenty of ways that you can exercise at home, you can do a number of isometric exercises, like push-ups, sit ups, etc. You can do a number of lifts with cheap weight adjustable dumbbells, as for aerobics, you can do them along with the aerobics programs on tv, or just laugh yourself into shape at how cheesy they are
- Normally, I'd run or bike outside. Today, I had planned to run to the Y (10k round trip) and swim a couple miles. Since the sidewalks are way too icey, I'll ride my indoor bike trainer while watching the Packers.
