Ways to exercise more

fast working, sorta easy exercises???? also ways to boost confidence? Help! =)?

Okay so I am really eager to lose weight..... I hate not being able to wear this or do that because i am too shy... and have no confidence.. K so I am a 13 year old girl.. i weigh about 120 pounds i want to be about 105- or 110 i am a size 5 i would like to be able to be a size 3 by april.. i also need easy ways to stop being so dang shy!!! help.. =) btw i dont have weights or anything i just have me

  2. well assuming you have a Ps2, Xbox, game cube, etc. ask your guardian if you can get DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION! its a fast pace dance game with a workout mode, 30 minutes of that a day will help you loose weight too. its also very fun and when you get really good at the game, it becomes a thing to brag about and a conversation starter and a fun thing to do at parties! you also need to make sure that your not eating a bunch of junk food during your day, because anything sweet and sugary will get burned off by your body first thing and your body will never get the chance to burn the fat.
  3. CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO! Thats all i can say lol. But you will be dying in the beginning sadly. You have to build up your endurance when running but you will get there. Running is really healthy for you too, espeially when paired with healthy foods lol. And the whole confidence thing, just force yourself to talk to a group of girls or something. Just go up say hey and they will probably just bring you into the conversation, if they dont you shouldnt be friends with them. I hope everything works out :-)
