Hi. I am a 14 year old girl (turning 15 in January) and i am about to enter high school at the end of this month (August). I am not very over weight but i was just wondering if anyone knew any quick, easy exercises or ways to tone me up before school starts in about 2 weeks.( I already took up walking a while ago with shape ups, and i reduced my soda intake) Any help would be appreciated.
