Ways to exercise more

quick,easy ways to loose weight?

Hi. I am a 14 year old girl (turning 15 in January) and i am about to enter high school at the end of this month (August). I am not very over weight but i was just wondering if anyone knew any quick, easy exercises or ways to tone me up before school starts in about 2 weeks.( I already took up walking a while ago with shape ups, and i reduced my soda intake) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  1. Hey Mandy~ You just need to do some more exercises and take in a few less calories. Eating several small meals a day instead of a few big ones can be really helpful too. Below is the program that I used and it was AMAZING! Good luck!
