Ways to exercise more

what is an easy way to exercise?

I need to lose weight fast but in a fun way. Have any ideas?

  1. Find a sport that you can play strictly for fun (no worrying about who is winning) with your friends.
  2. try doing your exercises while watching tv, or before bed or when you wake up. im very lazy and hate exercising i do my leg excesses while watching tv by lying down on my side and lifting 1 leg in the air and holding it there for 3 seconds and repeating that 20 times then switch and do the other leg. Before i go to bed i do push ups im a girl and im not very good at them so i use the end of my bed to push up against it makes things alot easy and still works i do that 20 times, also i do my sit ups while laying in bed before i go to sleep also 20 times again In the morning i try to repeat this all only doing 10 of each. if your trying to loose weight, im not really on a diet i have just cut down on fatty food i used to always by my lunch now i bring my own, an apple and a salad sandwich or saladas and a big bottle of water.do not cut down on your eating cut down on your fatty foods. hope this helps!
  3. skip rope for ten minutes and do like 200+ star jumps
