Ways to exercise more

Whats your exercise routine? I want to try new unique ways to exercise that are somewhat fun and effective!?

  1. I have an extremely effective method I have been using for about 6 months and I already see huge differences in the way I look/feel. Do 20 regular, spread arm, diamond, and fists into the ground push-ups. In between each set of 20 push-ups do 20 crunches. About 15 mins after doing that do the whole thing a second time. So it every other day, and after a week or so of doing that it is not very intense, it becomes an easy workout, but it does wonders. You can also up the ante' and do 30 or 40 push-ups and crunches, but you way want to wait a little until you have aced doing 20. Have fun!

  4. I work out in small segments through out the day. I do cardio glide and ab exercises each morning for about 15 minutes. I do calf raises and flex my abs through out the day. I wear ankle weights whenever possible. Just have fun jump, leap and run whenever you feel like it. Pop in your favorite CD and make up your own aerobic routine
  5. Get yourself the MP3 player out there and take it to the gym every day. Pump the volume up to the maximum and play a really active and energizing tune. This is a great tip for aerobic exercises, since, no matter how you slice it, jogging on a treadmill for an hour can get dead boring fast.
