Ways to exercise more

More efficient ways to exercise?

Is it better to work out for a longer time and do like an elliptical machine or faster short period work outs? i need to look some serious pounds on my hips and butt.. right now i do about 30 min on the elliptical or stair master cause i thought thats what could get rid of my fat but im not seeing any difference..... Help please :)

  1. Fast, intense, sweating, hardcore workouts are the absolute best for burning calories and gaining muscle. Being lazy about exercise gets you nowhere. Hardcore, all the way, plain and simple.
  2. walk briefly for 30 minutes in a long staircase for aout half hour,go jogging in the morning,cut down on oily foods,do cycling it will defitintely work in 1 months
