Good ways to exercise in the winter?

im just pondering some good ways to get fit in the winter.

  1. I would stay home and do some good rope jumping. If you have a treadmill then that 's even better.

  3. DVD player, several DVD exercise videos, set of dumb bells, a chair, and open floor.....It can be fun and you might be surprised at how much of a workout you get from workout videos.

  5. you can get some Pilates DVDs, pilates is very good, i did it for like 3 weeks it really shaped my body, and kept me fit, and it also increased my flexibilty
  6. Hi, I know it is to cold to walk outside so I joined defined fitness about a month ago. It is warm inside and they also have a heated pool to do laps. If you dint have a lot of money most malls open really early be fore the stores inside do and a lot of people walk around the mall befor a lot of people arrive. when you go to the stores instead of trying to get the closest parking spot; try to park farther away and walk a little bit extra.
