Ways to exercise more

What are some good ways to exercise?

i do 10 pushups a day. i'm not strong at all. im pretty much a wimp. i hate to admit it.i'll do maybe 50 jumping jacks along with teh 10 push ups. im really lazy . but i've decided to start working on my abs and lose some of the fat on my stomach. how can i lose the fat on my stomach to get a flat stomach and how can i get some good abs? and wat are some other ways of exercising?

  3. pullups are good, so are push ups. go running, biking, anything athletic. go hiking on a tough hill/mountain. you will get a workout but it will be fun. ask your friends to join you in your workouts, on your hikes, bikerides, etc. having a friend will encourage you to continue your work. =]
