Aerobic Exercise in a home?
Does anyone know what’s a good way to get some aerobics done at home watching T.V? Here’s my problem I live upstairs in an apartment so I can jump around.

- I get it off the enternet and do it infront of my computer with the people.
- If you can afford it, buy a good treadmill. You can increase the incline so you really burn a lot of calories while just walking. If not, try getting out and going for a run/walk or a bike ride. Doing chores like vacuuming also burns calories. You could also do a workout with an exercise ball.
- Most aerobics are probably going to annoy your downstairs neighbor. Can you head outside for a walk or run? You could get a stationary bike or gazelle or something similar. Treadmills, at least the motorized treadmills, are pretty loud and would likely disturb your downstairs neighbor. Some quiet exercises to do in front of the TV are pushups, crunches, squats, lunges, plie squats, tricep dips, etc. These are not aerobic, but they are good for building muscle. Pilates or yoga would also be good, again, they are quiet and good for building muscle.
- Try doing it when the people downstairs aren't home.
