What is the best at-home way to tone the back of your thighs?
I have a jump rope, exercise ball, and a pair of 5 lb. hand weights. I can't afford a gym membership and don't have room in my tiny apartment for any big exercise equipment. The front of my thighs I have no problem shaping up but the backs of them aren't so pretty.

- if you lay down on the floor in front of a 4-legged chair, so that your legs are in the seat of the chair (above your body of course) and hold the two legs of the chair closest to you (for support) you can do this exercise. you place your heels on the front edge of the chair, and then you place one ankle on the opposite knee (so that your leg is bent and the knee outward). then, in that position, you lift your butt into the air, using the remaining heel on the chair to push up. do 10 for each leg, then stretch and repeat three times, you will DEFINITELY notice it is doing something
