What are some exercises that I can do at home to trim down my stomach, arms, and thighs???

I want to start working out at home and I need some suggestions on exercises that will help me lose my stomach and trim my arms and thighs. I would prefer to start working out at home and work my way up to going to a fitness center.

  1. push ups and sit ups for the stomach and arms, scissor kicks for your thighs
  2. according to the my belief : SEX is the best exercise. may i right??
  3. Star jumps first - enough to get your heart rate up (or an exercise bike) Then push-ups, sit-ups and squats.
  4. Arobics or do chores like gardening and all that stuff. Or you can try doing some crazy hectic dancing movements and lessen the amount of food you eat, this doesn't mean starving yourself. It's not good! Enjoy!
