More ways to lose weight to lose at work..?

I work as a dishwasher at a hotel. Besides, changing what I eat from there (and at home), exercising at home, and drinking ice water, is there something at work I can do (during perhaps break time) that can help with the weight loss?

  1. Never take the elevator or escalator. Always climb the stairs if you have to. and start walking or even running up the stairs during your breaktime. Just keep moving. Give yourself any reason possible to walk across the hotel.
