what is a good work out routen that i can do at home?
a gym is always better and i understand that because you have all the equipment there but at the same time i get out of work at 12:30 at night and my gym closes at 10 and when i get home any ways im not tired cause im full of energy and therefore i can work out for 30min to an hour and get my daily exercise. The only ones i can think of are the ones you used to do in highschool and junior high. But i want something that is going to work and also i want only sertain areas... like my butt, legs, and abs.... those are my key places. i try but eventually i get board of the same thing and i also it seems as if it doesnt even work... PLEASE HELP.. im trying to loose at least 30 pounds and tone up... thanks

- I have the perfect plan for you if you have self discipline. I had a baby 2 in a half months ago and I have lost 27 pounds and am smaller than I was before the baby. If you are at work or where ever and havn't been home than it is safe to say that you could probably spuce your house up a bit. If its that late and you don't want to wake anybody up, put a small radio by you other wise play the kind of music that you listen to. A cd the radio whatever you decide. And put in work. Scrub your floor on your hands and knees. That stretching and moving hits all of your target areas.I am living proof. lol When your listening to the music and your alone you'll also get fit by doing whatever you do to the music. Make smart decisions and don't pig out. You can eat, but do you really need that sweet at work or where ever? lol But you'll see by your clothes fitting better. By the scale. Don't be afraid to frequently weigh your self. And give the ab roller or whatever you have at home a whirl every once in awhile. When you walk by it take 5 minutes. You don't even have to do these things every day.
- Personally I've gotten one of those stability balls and it's a great work out for your whole body. i couldn't believe it and it's fun while you use it. I've also got 3 lb and 5 lb weights that i do different exercises w/ that target the triceps & biceps. one is like do a jumping jack w/o actually jumping but do your arms like you are w/ the weights in them. also really watch what you eat. in bad weather you can walk around the house or march in place while watching tv if you have time.
