Ways to exercise more

Exercising at home??

Ok, well I have a little fat here and there on my bosy, mainly around my stomache. Whats a good way to excersise at home? I don't have any equipment. NONE. I can't go jogging every morning (I wish I could. Parents won't let me.) And I would love to lose at least 5lbs at the end of 3 weeks. Whats a good plan? oops, meant body

  3. If you can't jog, then skip rope. It's actually better than jogging and will give you fast results in less than half the time. Tone up your abs by doing sit-ups, leg raises, and side bends. Watch your diet and you will definitely see great results.
  4. FINALLY A REALISTIC GOAL. EAT HEALTHIER LAY OFF JUNK FOOD. DANCE , DO JUMPING JACKS, STRETCH, JUMP ROPE, DO LEG LIFTS, SIT UPS, AND WHEN YOU ARE JUST LAYING AROUND KICK YOUR FEET TAP YOUR FINGERS LITTLE THINGS LIKE THAT HELP YOU.
  5. hi do all the execersises other have said but instead of doing sit ups do crunches as situps only work your hip flexores and crunches will flatten ur abs out good luck
  6. Go buy an exercise video. Tai Bo is a good one to get. That will give you a major workout at home. I would also suggest doing strengthening exercises in conjunction with the exercise video, like crunches/sit-ups, push ups, leg lifts, etc.
