  1. Push ups help a lot with the triceps. Pull ups and chins up help a lot if you have a area where your able to do so. If you have a dumb bell or curl bar, curling helps a lot with the bicep, and reverse curls help with tricep
  2. Good at home exercises: Bicep curls using bags: You can use fancier bags but just get 4 grocery bags (the plastic ones and two emtyp milk jugs) Fill them with water close them off (preferably the twist kind) and double bag them. Do bicep curls 15reps, 3 sets every other day. Triceps: Find a sturdy chair (kitchen or folding work best) and do tricep dips. Put your hands on the corners of the seat and walk your feet outwards. Dip your shoulders and body down and use your triceps to push you back up. Chest: Pushups (you can use that same chair to elevate your feet). Shoulders: Take those same grocery bags with the gallons of water and hold them out to the side (like a T) for 10-20 seconds. Then drop them to your sides. Do that 3-5 times. Also you can hold them out the the front to work your deltoids for the same rep/set duration.
