What are some effective ways to burn 200 calories in 20 minutes? I need exercises I can do at home. Thank you.

  3. do sprints, works great for burning cals, increasing speed, and increasing endurance. i recommend going to a hs field or any field in general but you need measurements. heres what i do: 3x/week: 25yard sprint and back REST 1.5 MIN 50 yard sprint REST 1.5 MIN 50 yard sprint REST 1.5 MIN 100yard sprint REST 3 MIN ***repeat 1 more time, amounts to roughly 20min ***

  5. the elitpical machine. Thats the one that looks like a cross country ski machine. Most places, YMCA, etc, have them and TV's you can watch while exercising. you might not get 200 cals in 20 minutes the first time you do it, but it might be 150... then just inch your way up each trip to the gym by 5-10 cals more each time. I was doing 300 cals in 30 minutes (same ratio) consistently before, but now I am going back after a few months away and am at like 75% instead of 100% of it. if you dont have one of those (like a nordic trac type thing) then try jumping jacks.
