What are the best cardiovacular exercises to do at home?

The best place for me to do exercises are at home, that way I can do them whenever I get the chance.

  1. If you have stairs in your house, you can run up and down them 5 mintues at a time. If not, running in place or jumping jacks work just as well.
  2. do a taebo tape
  3. Breathing exercise or praanaayam!
  4. get an arobic tape or cd
  5. jumping rope or running in place are really good & you can stop at any time you need to
  6. you can dance!! seriously, you can play music and dance around....or get those tapes that show you the dance moves from music videos. when i was in a dance class i lost weight and had fun at the same time. :)
  7. jog round the garden, or up and down the first three stairs
  8. walk
