What are the best cardiovacular exercises to do at home?
The best place for me to do exercises are at home, that way I can do them whenever I get the chance.

- If you have stairs in your house, you can run up and down them 5 mintues at a time. If not, running in place or jumping jacks work just as well.
- do a taebo tape
- Breathing exercise or praanaayam!
- get an arobic tape or cd
- jumping rope or running in place are really good & you can stop at any time you need to
- you can dance!! seriously, you can play music and dance around....or get those tapes that show you the dance moves from music videos. when i was in a dance class i lost weight and had fun at the same time. :)
- jog round the garden, or up and down the first three stairs
- walk
