What are some good ways to strengthen your thighs at home?
I started boxing, and my thighs get sore easily from sitting in my crouch. What exercises can i do at home to build up strength. Are squats and lunges about it? Appreciate the help!

- Squats and Lunges are the best thing to strenghthen your thighs at home. Grab two gallons filled with water or sand to make them heavier and cross your living room (or longest room in your home, or your backyard). Walking with one leg in front while the back leg bends down at the knee like kneeling then walk with alternate legs doing this. You'll be sore but after about two weeks, your legs will be very strong
- squats might hurt your knees so bad due to to irregular force of body weight acting on your supporting joints. Try stretching exercises to strengthen your tendons first then focus to lift your entire leg to a 90 degree perpendicular to your body posture. 3 reps of 10. - I agree with snowball. Lunges and squats will most definitely strengthen your legs. I'm not sure they'll be "really" strong in only 2 weeks but the exercises will definitely work
- Run hillsprints religiously. They will increase GH production naturally. Do unweighted sqauts, as many as you can. Try to do a few more each day. Jumping rope is another thing I'd recomend
