Help. at home exercise and diet plan?
Okay, I'm only 12 years old and I am 5'2 and wiegh a grand totall of 145 pounds... I really want an eazy way to loose some pounds . I heard green tea helps make your metoblism faster, so i drink a cup of green tea before bed and in the morning (its reall green tea without the sugars) I have been trying to stop eating treats and if i want one i eat a yogurt or special k bar or apple...breakfast i usually yogurt or raisn bran....I also do 100 sit ups a day...SO if you have tips please help me!! I do school sports also I'm not the type that just sits on the couch eating.
