I would like to exercise at home, what are some cardio exercises I can do that will make me sweat?

I don't want to join a gym or buy exercise videos, I've done both and they are not for me. I want to lose a lot of weight, but need to do it in a cheap way.

  1. run, walk, jump rope, jumping jacks, run stairs (they burn 17kcal/min), star jumps
  2. If you have digital cable, there are fitness and health videos in the on demand section, they are free and you can use the same video over and over or switch it up when you get bored.
  3. you should find a hard meat and beans and cook it, this make you sweat
  4. your conventional run down the park around the corner and all the way back
  5. get a punching bag and beat the hell out of it for half an hour every morning
  6. try doing circuit routine using 2 dumbells. circuit routine is doing a sequence of weight exercises 1 set to another with very short break in between. u will boost ur metabolism that way. try googling for some good circuit routine
  7. Go for a run. Even if it is cold, you will burn more calories. This is honestly the best thing you can do. But you can also jump rope or even just dance around your room for half an hour, lol. I know you don't want exercise tapes, but if you go to www.pilatesyourway.com, there are free exercise routine videos that you can watch online.
