how can i exercise when i am at home with no one around?

i am on a break and i think i should exercise. i've been on this break for about 3 weeks already and i still have 2 more weeks left. only now i am thinking that i may be getting fatter because all i do every day is eat, sleep, and watch tv. so i need help to exercise daily. plus, when i go back to school, i want to be skinny because i am single and this time around i want a great looking guy with a great personality. please help. also please help me on my diet. i was on a diet but after a few days of it, i got sick. so if you know any good ways of eating or exercise please help. thanks.Chu<3

Get a work out dvd that you can do at home, that fun rather than a chore, they help you burn fat also for your diet, you need motivation. set yourself targets to lose a certain amount of weight in a week then when you reach your targets it will encourage you to carry on. decrease the size of your meals and snack on fruit rather than sweet things!
  2. check out: XerciseFactor (dot) com They have tons of exercises you can add. Also check out their XGen feature to randomly generate fresh routines. You have to sign up, but it is free. A lot of the exercises can be done at home without equipment
  3. Get a DVD and workout with it. Then have a balanced healthy diet. Target less than 1200 calories per day. 1000 calories for instance. An estimation of one’s intake to maintain weight would be: Weight (kg) x 30 To lose weight by 0.5 kg or 1 pound per week you subtract 500 cals and for 1 kg or 2 pounds weight loss per week you subtract 1000 cals in your daily calorie intake. No one should eat less than 1200 cals per day. A loss of above 1 kg in a week is too much and not considered healthy.
