What Are Some Exercises I can do At Home!?!?!?!?
I'm hate running by myself around the block I just feel odd doing it. And I want to know ways to exercise at home. Thank You!

- Well this is what I do every morning. Get up do push ups first see how many you can do then every week add 2 more. Do sit ups, crunches and weights ( I don't know if you want to or not). First month do 10 minutes then keep adding minutes after each week. I don't know if I answered your question or not

- i agree with ^^^ i jump rope alot i feel odd running around my block too. for your arms invest in a pair of dumbbells that are about 5-10pounds depending on what look your going for (fit or muscular). You can do tricepts extensions, arm lifts, or a modified bench press with them. For your legs do leg lifts, lunges (lunges are great for your legs and butt) and high kicks in front of you without bending your leg or losing balance. For your back do push-ups, back bend, and some dumbell back twists.

- sit-ups-50 times and crawl down and lift your leg up for 35 times,this would give you a very good shape to your booty,and lay down on the side of your body and lift your leg(thigh)up 35 times then switch. these are the excercise I do,and it totally works.
