- While holding the 20 lb. weights, stand on the bottom step of a staircase with your heels hanging off the step. Raise yourself up onto your toes as high as you can comfortably go, then slowly lower yourself until your heel is slightly lower than the stair you are standing on. Repeat that until you feel the burn.
- do one calve at a time until it hurts, and switch untill you can do it no more every other day.
- squats and also holding the dumbells and rest it on your shoulder and have the weights on your ankle and lift your self up on your tippy toes.
- Try to do this: - For each calves, do 1 set of 75 reps of calf raise. Just try to finish 75 reps as fast as possible.
- TRY this = Calf Raises While standing, try some calf raises No weights needed. All you have to do is lift yourself up onto the tip of your toes. And keep going up and down - up & down. Repeat 25 times. Take a breather and repeat. You may be able to tolerate more sets on this one since you use your calves with every step you take. But still, be careful not to overdo it, or you'll know about it for a few days
