Ways to exercise more

what is the best way to exercise at home with a 2 year old and a 6 month old?

  4. Put on some upbeat music, and dance! Your little ones will like it too. The cha cha slide helped me lose 17 lbs. in 2 weeks.
  5. My son is 15 months old, and I've tried several different things that may work for you. When he was little, up until like 7 or 8 months, when he started crawling, I put him in a swing or excersaucer while I exercised. Then, for a while, I worked out while he took his morning nap. Now, I do an excercise video that has really peppy music and he "dances" with me and/or plays with his toys in the same room. Another option is to set up your older child with a video while you work out. It's tough, huh? Guess we just have to be flexible. Good luck.
