- stop drinking all alcohol. and soda alot of the bloating makes that area look bigger, if you could really drink water only i think in about a week your belly would look alot smaller. its so easy i gotta try it
- I can give you a whole list of exercises that will tone your abs but if you don't burn the fat off of them with proper diet and cardio you will never see the 6 pack! crunches, reverse crunches, flutter kicks, leg raises, leg swings alone or with a partner, oblique crunches.
